Benchmark Settings
Configure how benchmark data is displayed and filtered for your tenant.
Overview
Benchmark Settings let you control the default behavior of the Benchmark dashboard. Access this page from the Benchmark sidebar under Settings.
View Only Comparables
When enabled (the default), the Local benchmark view only shows data for OEMs and models that exist in your fleet. This filters out irrelevant benchmark data from manufacturers you do not operate.
Toggle this setting off if you want to see all benchmark data regardless of your fleet composition — for example, when evaluating equipment from a new manufacturer.
How to Change Settings
- Navigate to Benchmark > Settings.
- Toggle the View Only Comparables switch.
- The setting saves automatically and a confirmation toast appears.
Permissions
Benchmark settings can be changed by any authenticated user with access to the tenant. The benchmark data itself (creating, editing, deleting entries) requires the Admin role.
Common Questions
Does this setting affect other users?
Yes. This is a tenant-level setting that applies to all users in the organization.
Where do I manage the actual benchmark data?
Benchmark data is managed in Admin > Benchmark Management, where admins can create individual entries or bulk-import via CSV.
