Overview
The Calendar page provides a visual timeline view of scheduled maintenance activities across your fleet. It helps planners and supervisors see upcoming work at a glance and identify scheduling conflicts or resource constraints.
This feature is currently under development. The calendar page will be populated with scheduled maintenance events derived from maintenance profiles, work orders, and forecasts once those integrations are complete.
Key Concepts
- Scheduled events -- Maintenance tasks projected from profile event intervals and vehicle operating hours.
- Work order dates -- Planned and actual dates from work orders appear on the calendar.
- Resource availability -- Future calendar views will show resource (bay, crew) availability alongside scheduled work.
How to Use
The calendar will display maintenance events in a timeline or calendar grid format. Until the feature is fully available, maintenance scheduling is managed through the work orders and profiles pages.

The calendar is on the near-term roadmap. Check the lifecycle navigation for updates.
Can I create events directly from the calendar?
Once available, the calendar will support creating and editing work orders and scheduled events directly from the timeline view.
