Standard Jobs
Create reusable maintenance job templates with labor estimates, parts, and scheduling frequency.

Common Questions
How do standard jobs relate to work orders?
Standard jobs are templates. When a work order is created, it can reference a standard job to pre-populate the task details, labor estimates, and required parts.
Can a standard job exist without a BoM?
Yes. The BoM is optional. Jobs that don't require specific parts (e.g. inspections) can omit it.
Who can manage standard jobs?
Admin and Planner roles can create, edit, and delete standard jobs.
