Company & Sites

Manage your organization's company information and mining site locations.

Overview

The Company & Sites page (labeled "Organization" in the app) lets you manage your company details and the mining sites where your fleet operates. This information is used across MineSync for site-level reporting, vehicle assignments, and contact management.

The page is organized into two tabs: Company and Sites.

Key Concepts

  • Company -- Your primary organization record with name, logo, address, contact details, and tax/registration ID.
  • Sites -- Individual mining locations or operations belonging to your company. Each site has a name, code, geographic location, and contact person.
  • Company-site relationship -- Sites can be linked to a company, appearing in the company's site summary.

How to Use

Company tab

If no company is configured, you'll see a prompt to Add Company. Once created, the company card displays:

  • Company logo -- Upload an image (JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, or SVG, max 5MB).
  • Head office address -- Street address, city, state, postal code, and country.
  • Contact information -- Phone, email, and website.
  • Registration -- Tax or business registration ID (e.g. ABN).
  • Sites summary -- Badges for each linked site with a click to navigate to the sites tab.

Click Edit to update company information, or View Members to navigate to the admin page for team management.

Sites tab

The sites tab shows summary cards and a detailed table:

Summary cards

  • Total Sites -- Number of active mining locations.
  • Fleet Vehicles -- Total vehicles across all sites, with active count.
  • Asset Profiles -- Number of maintenance profiles defined.
  • Total Hours -- Cumulative fleet operating hours life-to-date.
